Each cleaner is personally hand-picked by your co-hosts to ensure the right level of care, reliability and attention to detail. We work with trained, trusted professionals who understand the standards required for quality short-stay accommodation, ensuring your property is reset beautifully between each booking.
What’s Included
Full Turnover Clean
A complete reset of the property after every guest, covering kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, high-touch surfaces, rubbish removal and a light outdoor tidy.
Hotel-Style Presentation
Beds made neatly, linen refreshed, towels placed with intention, and each space prepared for a polished guest arrival.
Professional, Consistent Standards
We use our own trusted cleaners only. This ensures aligned expectations, consistent presentation and clear communication. No external cleaners or variations in standards.
Issue & Damage Reporting
Any damage, excess mess or concerns identified during cleaning are photographed and reported immediately so you’re always informed.
Post-Clean Photo Updates
After each turnover, you receive photos confirming the property’s presentation and cleanliness, along with any notes requiring attention.
Your Personalised Cleaning Checklist
Every home has its own rhythm and requirements.
During onboarding, we build a customised cleaning and restock checklist with you, ensuring the property is presented exactly the way you expect, every time.
Your checklist may include:
• Bed-making preferences for each room
• Linen requirements and styling notes
• Restock expectations for each space (toiletries, pantry basics, household items, amenities)
• Styling or presentation preferences
• Outdoor and entryway expectations
• Waste and recycling instructions
• Any quirks, details or non-negotiables unique to your home
This checklist is used by every cleaner and manager so your standard remains consistent across all stays.
Pricing
$60 per cleaner, per hour.
Transparent, straightforward and invoiced per booking.
Larger or more detailed properties may require additional time.
Platform Cleaning Fees (How It Works)
Airbnb
Hosts can set a cleaning fee. This appears in the booking total and is paid by the guest. Airbnb includes this amount in your payout.
VRBO
Also allows cleaning fees. These show clearly as part of the booking breakdown.
Booking.com
Does not offer a dedicated cleaning fee field.
Cleaning is added as an extra charge so guests are aware before their stay.
This ensures cleaning costs are covered and expectations are clear across all platforms.

Without a structured linen process, turnovers are at risk of delays, shortages, mismatched items, or last-minute washing — all of which directly impact guest satisfaction and reviews.
By keeping cleaning and linen aligned, we ensure every stay is reset to the same standard, with no interruptions, no guesswork, and no operational hiccups.
Linen Service
Hire Linen
If you choose hire linen, we set up your linen hire account for you. Hire linen is supplied, washed professionally off-site, and kept in rotation for your property.
Linen is invoiced weekly, and we handle all communication and coordination on your behalf.
Owner Linen
If you prefer to supply your own linen, it is processed through the same commercial system.
All washing and rotation is handled for you, and your linen is invoiced weekly as part of the service.
Minimum Linen Requirements
Every property must have a minimum of three complete sets of linen:
– One set in use
– One set clean and ready
– One set being processed
This prevents delays, keeps turnovers running on time, and ensures a consistent level of presentation for every guest.
Linen Bags
Each property is issued dedicated linen bags to keep the system organised. These will appear on your first monthly linen invoice.
